What is The Big Bad Ball?

The Big Bad Ball is a black tie event being held on Saturday, October 4th, 2008 at 7:00pm at the Capital City Club of Raleigh as a benefit for Hospice of Wake County.

What did we miss at last year's Big Bad Ball?
Over 350 attendees enjoyed the evening and the event raised over $135,000! Silent auction items, the $10,000 raffle and the two Breitling watches as door prizes were a hit, and the bands kept everyone on the dance floor until the early hours of the morning.

What can I expect at BBB ’08?
Indulge yourself with different food sensations throughout the Club and be sure to visit all five of the open bars. Dance the night away to two different bands playing everything from swing to contemporary, jazz and more. We will end the evening with a performance by Raleigh's favorite band, Sugar! Everyone has a chance to win the door prize donated by Fink's Jewelers. Bidding for silent auction items will keep you busy until the big raffle. And of course, all of this surrounded by the penthouse view of Raleigh's skyline.

How do I make reservations?
Reservations are already being taken for this event! Simply contact Jessie Hrivnak.
How can I get involved?
We are currently accepting donated items for the silent auction and requests for Corporate Sponsorships. We have sponsorship levels ranging from $1,000 - $10,000 and are happy to discuss the opportunities and benefits associated with being a Sponsor. For those who can not attend, but would still like to make a donation, please call Hospice of Wake County directly at 828-0890.
