Welcome to the Big Bad Ball!

Welcome to the Big Bad Ball (BBB) a gala event to benefit Hospice of Wake County presented by the Young Executive Members of the Capital City Club!

This will be the 8th annual BBB at the Capital City Club.  The Young Executives of the club wanted to make a contribution to the community and create an event that stood out from others like it in the community.  It’s an event that brings all generations together for a good time!  You can anticipate wonderful food from hor d’oeuvres to pasta and carving stations to a late night breakfast and everyone’s favorite desserts.

One band is not good enough for this crowd – so anticipate dancing the night away with two different bands – trust us – your heels will be tossed aside.

In addition to great food and dancing, the Big Bad Ball features a silent auction offering travel destinations, jewelry, sports memorabilia, event tickets, fine dining, and more.

We welcome companies and individuals to sponsor this event.  Hospice of Wake County has been providing compassionate care for families in our community for 30 years, and we have a variety of ways for you to demonstrate your support for this wonderful organization.

Reservations

The 2009 Big Bad Ball will be held Saturday, October 3rd from 7pm - 1am at the Capital City Club in Raleigh. This black tie event is open to the entire community and the cost is $125 per person. The event also includes a raffle drawing for a $10,000 cash prize.

There are several different levels of corporate sponsorship for the 2008 Big Bad Ball. Become a Hospice angel. Any individual can pay/donate $500 to Hospice of Wake County via The Big Bad Ball to receive 2 event tickets plus 2 raffle tickets and be recognized as an Angel of Hospice of Wake County. To donate an item for our silent auction, please contact our Silent Auction Committee Chair Jessie Hrivnak at (919) 433-3563.
